Returns
We want you to love your Nuffinz and believe that you shouldn't buy things you don't need or plan to use. That's why we offer a return policy of up to 100 days after purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means that returned items cannot be worn, altered or damaged and must include all original packaging and tags.
We cannot automatically offset one item against another, so unfortunately a direct exchange is not possible. However, you can see in the online shop whether the item is still available in the right size or color. You can simply order it again straight away. Simply send us the other item back.
If you have received a faulty product from us, please write to us using the contact form below - ideally with a photo of the fault or damage. We will then look for a pragmatic solution.

1. Use the following links to create your personal return label:

Enter your details in the online form and shortly afterwards you will receive an email with your return label. In the "Order number" field please enter your customer or order number (you can find it on the order confirmation). Print out the label and stick it on the package (preferably in the original packaging to avoid transport damage). Please use our free option and do not send your product back on your own!
If you come from another country, please contact us and we will find an individual solution.
2. Send your package back with the return label (this is the only way to return the product free of charge) and keep the payment receipt in a safe place. This will serve as proof of return in case your package gets lost on the way to us.
